1. القبول والموافقة
باستخدامك لمنصة Analytic، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء منها، يرجى عدم استخدام المنصة.
2. الإصدار التجريبي (Beta)
Analytic حالياً في مرحلة الإصدار التجريبي (Beta Version). هذا يعني:
✅ المنصة قيد الاختبار والتطوير المستمر
✅ قد تحدث تغييرات أو تحديثات دون إشعار مسبق
✅ قد تواجه أخطاء أو مشاكل تقنية غير متوقعة
⚠️ نحن لا نضمن:
توفر الخدمة بشكل متواصل 100%
عدم حدوث أعطال أو توقفات مؤقتة
عدم حدوث تأخير في الاستجابة
أداءً ثابتاً خلال فترات الضغط أو الترافيك العالي
3. الاستضافة والموقع
المنصة مستضافة في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية
تخضع الخدمة للبنية التحتية المحلية وقد تتأثر بعوامل خارجة عن سيطرتنا
4. المسؤولية المحدودة
نحن غير مسؤولين عن:
فقدان البيانات أو عدم دقتها
أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام المنصة
التوقفات المؤقتة أو الأعطال الفنية
بطء الأداء خلال فترات الذروة
استخدامك للمنصة على مسؤوليتك الخاصة.
5. الحساب والاستخدام
أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك
أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابك
يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 عاماً لاستخدام المنصة
6. الاستخدام المقبول
يُحظر استخدام المنصة لـ:
أي نشاط غير قانوني أو احتيالي
انتهاك خصوصية الآخرين أو جمع بيانات شخصية دون موافقة
محاولة اختراق أو تعطيل المنصة
التحميل الزائد المتعمد على الخوادم
7. الدفع والاشتراك
الأسعار قابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق خلال فترة البيتا
لا توجد ضمانات على استرداد الأموال إلا في حالات استثنائية
الاشتراكات تتجدد تلقائياً ما لم يتم إلغاؤها
8. إنهاء الخدمة
نحتفظ بالحق في:
تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك في أي وقت دون سابق إنذار
تعديل أو إيقاف المنصة بشكل مؤقت أو دائم
حذف البيانات بعد إنهاء الحساب وفقاً لسياسة الخصوصية
9. التغييرات على الشروط
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت. استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد التغييرات يعني موافقتك عليها.
10. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية ويتم تفسيرها وفقاً لها.
11. الدعم الفني
نبذل قصارى جهدنا لتقديم الدعم الفني
لا نضمن أوقات استجابة محددة خلال فترة البيتا

By using the Analytic platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the platform.
2. Beta Version
Analytic is currently in Beta Version. This means:
✅ The platform is under testing and continuous development
✅ Changes or updates may occur without prior notice
✅ You may encounter unexpected errors or technical issues
⚠️ We do NOT guarantee:
100% continuous service availability
No outages or temporary downtime
No response delays
Consistent performance during high traffic or load periods
3. Hosting and Location
The platform is hosted in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The service is subject to local infrastructure and may be affected by factors beyond our control
4. Limited Liability
We are NOT responsible for:
Data loss or inaccuracy
Any direct or indirect damages resulting from platform use
Temporary outages or technical failures
Slow performance during peak periods
You use the platform at your own risk.
5. Account and Usage
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform
6. Acceptable Use
Using the platform is PROHIBITED for:
Any illegal or fraudulent activity
Violating others' privacy or collecting personal data without consent
Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform
Intentional server overloading
7. Payment and Subscription
Prices are subject to change without prior notice during the beta period
No refund guarantees except in exceptional cases
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
8. Service Termination
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice
Modify or discontinue the platform temporarily or permanently
Delete data after account termination according to our Privacy Policy
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes means you accept them.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
